Responsible for the development of the company sales forecasts, plans, delivery of the sales budget with responsibility for direct reports. Geographic responsibilities. Responsible for delivering on revenue and on corporate profit targets. Responsible for growth in all distribution channels through promotional support and develops top-level strategic relationships with key distributors. Responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business through nationwide distribution and direct sales. The position reports directly to General Manager.
• Development of sales forecasts, plans and the delivery of the sales budget.
- Handles major (the most challenging) business negotiations.
- Key contributor in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Responsible for the management of the US Sales Team.
- Developing people to ensure that we have a strong organization with clear succession plans
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the US
- Develop a responsive, customer centric sales organization, including recruitment, training and coaching
• Excellent Computer user knowledge /high computer literacy
- University Degree Required
- Proven successful Sales Management experience (7-10 years)
- Must have high customer focus and a total sales/marketing experience minimum 8-10 years
- Preferably work experience in the Beauty industry preferred
- Previous experience in sales compensation and sales organization design & development highly desired
- Cultural diversification – work experience in different geographies
