Position Responsibilities:
- Qualifying leads and developing a deep understanding of travelers' needs, preferences and travel budgets
- Designing detailed itineraries that inspire, reflect the travelers' preferences and budget, and are smart logistically
- Converting proposed itineraries into bookings; meet and exceed targets related to sales, agent and client satisfaction, team work, and destination knowledge
- Providing superior and rapid customer service that exceed agent and client expectations before, during and following a trip
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with agents, clients, team members and local (in country, on-the-ground) partners; liaising with them to ensure that pre-trip and on-trip services are rendered smoothly and to address any needs or issues that arise. Conduct post-trip follow-up and understand clients' future travel needs
- Ensuring company's CRM databases are kept up to date
- Maintaining and developing further expertise on products and services offered in destinations; represent the company and share expertise with colleagues and at consumer and trade events

Experience Required:
- Minimum 7+ years of designing and selling custom-tailored luxury and experiential travel
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrable (and first-hand) knowledge of products and services offered in Asia
- Possess excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines and to work with VIP clients and agents
- Passion and ability to travel: participate/host familiarization trips and represent the company at consumer and trade events
- Possess creativity and a get-stuff-done attitude; be a self-starter and a team player
- Desire to be recognized as an industry leader, to be the "go to" person for the destinations your represent
- Comfort and experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Fluency in a foreign language such as Japanese, Hindi, etc. is not required but a plus
Education Required:
