Position Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an aggressive strategy for securing groups and full ship charters, aligned with Ponant’s growth objectives and deployments across the USA, Canada, and LATAM.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team deployed to the Groups, Charters, and Affinity segment, setting clear goals and expectations as well as strategy for immediate growth with existing fleet deployments.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the groups and charters vertical markets aligned to company objectives and deployments

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners.

Experience Required:
- 10+ years of experience, extensive network and existing book of business in the travel and cruise sectors
- Strong strategic thinking and business development skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to meet customers and mentor the team
- Excellent communicationg and relationship-building skills
