Position Responsibilities:

The Brand manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall brand strategy and marketing initiatives of this growing brand. The primary goal is to build and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience and helps achieve objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and positioning to differentiate the company or product in the market.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand's visual and verbal identity, including logos, taglines, messaging, and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote the brand and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including advertising, digital marketing, PR, and creative agencies, to develop integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the successful launch of new products or services, including market research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Develop launch plans and work closely with product development and sales teams to ensure a smooth introduction to the market.
  • Develop compelling and persuasive brand messaging that effectively communicates the brand's value proposition to target audiences. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize brand strategies. Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjust marketing tactics as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as senior management, product managers, sales, and creative teams, to align brand strategies with business objectives. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including media, partners, influencers, and customers.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and compliance with brand guidelines across all touchpoints and channels, including internal and external communications, product packaging, and customer experiences.
  • Develop and manage the brand marketing budget effectively. Track expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors and agencies, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to anticipate market changes and adjust brand strategies accordingly. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform brand positioning and messaging.

Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or other related degree
  • 3-5 years experience in Marketing, Brand Management, eCommerce, or a related field
  • Must be proficient in MS Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging marketing trends
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
