Position Responsibilities:
Manage product line to achieve sales and operating profit objectives. The creation and implementation of a strategic Marketing Plan for specified product lines, including:
- Market/Competitive/Customer analysis
- Unmet needs/market gap analysis
- Product line strategy and tactic development
- Articulation of a market position (source of differentiation)
- Identification of product line requirements
- Target market identification (what markets, segments, problems to solve and needs to meet)
- Proposal for business strategy (what direction the business should take to maximize success)
- Collaboration on pricing strategy – list prices, discount levels, tiers, sale vs. lease, etc.
- Development of the go-to-market strategy
- Creation of communications objectives and issues that need to be addressed in a Communications Plan
- Improving customer awareness level, interest, and desire that leads to a successful communications strategy
- Develop and execute thorough Product Launch Plans to drive new product introductions.
- Drive upstream marketing activities including conducting Voice-of-Customer research, developing Product Requirements and User Requirements documents.
- Manage downstream marketing activities, including sales support, prioritizing sustaining engineering activities, product promotion, lifecycle management, etc.
- Keep product lines current in all internal systems and ensuring that customers are satisfied with all services.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and monitor sales forecast for current products as well as develop revenue forecasts for future products.
- Work with Pricing and Contracts department to manage the pricing process

Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) in related field and 7+ years medical device Product Management experience; or 12 years related experience and/or training.
- Experience with infusion pumps or a related field preferred.
- Experience with the post-acute market preferred.
- MBA preferred.
