Position Responsibilities:
- Develop territory action plan to meet or exceed revenue targets through agency and partner sales
- Motivate and lead team of regional sales managers (independent contractors)
- Produce reporting metrics to measure, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
- Establish and implement short-range and long-range territory goals, objectives, policies and procedures
- Coordinate and implement sales strategy, selling cycle and methodology to provide best return on investment
- Create and maintain competitive analysis and sales statistics
- Use and maintain the integrity of the company’s CRM system
- In conjunction with Vice President, seek out and target new customers and new markets
- Coordinate with the marketing department with planning and development of territory sales materials
- Represent the company at regional and national events and business meetings to promote the company as required.

Experience Required:
- Five (5) to seven (7) years’ sales experience selling luxury products or services for tour operators or river/ocean cruise lines
- Proven ability to target high net worth markets
- Ability to hit the ground running | Self-starter
- Understands global retail leisure outbound distribution strategies (American market traveling outbound through travel agencies)
- Extensive European destination knowledge preferred.
- Existing sales relationships and a demonstrated track record of sales success required within a sales territory with a leading travel/hotel company.

BS/BA pref.
