The Senior Designer will be critical to the company’s strategic growth agenda, helping us move the needle towards compelling, brand-building design across all projects and platforms. As part of a small in-house Creative Team, this role will work closely with the company's Marketing, Sales and Education teams in the development of global programs for new product launches and ongoing support across multiple channels. Programs may include packaging, advertising, collateral and print promotions, comps and production, merchandising and event graphics.

Candidate should possess strong design skills in print, packaging and merchandising. Possess 3-5 years experience in beauty, fashion or retail industries, either in-house, agency. Definite fashion-forward aesthetic as well as mastery of design skills in the development of promotional materials is essential. Some experience in photo direction (still life and beauty) is a plus. Creative savvy and superb conceptual ability with experience in luxury brands and understanding of fashion and marketing trends. Passion and desire for learning and growth.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, or equivalent.  Emphasis in design/visual communication.
• Superior computer design skills; fluent in Adobe CC Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and organization skills. 
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines at a fast pace, must be able to accept direction and interpret it effectively.
• Must support the maintenance of design standards, guidelines and best practices.
