Headquarter-based Category Management Director will lead a team of HQ-based personnel and field teams to drive business growth. The business mission is to achieve results that are mutually beneficial to the company and to our retail customers. Position reports to VP, Sales Strategy. The Catman Director will lead his/her team to deliver insights to support the development of national and channel-specific strategies as well as consult on the use and availability of insights to support account level needs.

• History of effective team leadership, preferably in category management or similar analytics.
• Demonstrated Strategic thinking and execution of strategy.
• Excellent computer skills with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated analytical skills, able to interpret data from several sources to build the story and develop recommendations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting data, findings and interacting with several functions within the organization.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience in the Consumer Products industry
