Position Responsibilities:
- Training and development of all team members (Product Development/Product Operations Coordinators/Groups & Special Events Manager)
- Creating and reviewing SOPs on a regular basis to reduce inefficiencies and enhance overall customer experience
- Review major contracts from risk management perspective
- Oversee database management for completion, accuracy and errors
- Report on various partner analytics
- Assist with in-travel crisis management
- Resolve escalated issues
- Define quarterly and annual Rocks (Goals) for team members
- Manage overall departmental annual budget
- Oversee the sourcing, contracting, booking/confirming of supplier/vendors
- Determine destination expansion needs on an annual basis
- Completing daily tasks, including resolving issues that arise within the department
- Collaborate with other departments to increase efficiency, reduce cost and increase revenue

Experience Required:
- At least 3 years of team management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, business management, or related field or equivalent experience required
- Extensive International Travel experience
- Excellent organization, analytical and communication skills
- Customer Service, Management experience preferred
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Positive work ethic, “can-do” attitude, and excellent problem solving skills
- Must be proficient with computers/software - Google Docs and Sheets, Excel, CRM, Reservation Management Software
Education Required:
BS/BA pref.
