Position Responsibilities:

The Senior Product Manager will report to the Senior Director of Marketing & Product Development and will be part of an exciting transformative team within EastPoint Sports. He/She will lead all product development efforts (both strategic and executional) behind our core Indoor Games Classic Game Room business including segment such as Table Tennis, Billiards and Darts.

Responsibilities:

• Define product line vision and strategy to ensure EastPoint’s ongoing and future competitive position in the marketplace

• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, identify market opportunities and fill product gaps to grow market share both at brick and mortar and eComm

• Effectively lead a cross-functional team to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives

• Conduct ongoing market and portfolio evaluation to ensure products remain competitive and meet quality, operational, financial and market success goals

• Be a Game Room specialist and have an in depth understanding of consumer behavior/insights in the category

• Serve as central resource for all assigned products and initiatives, and coordinate with business partners to address and resolve product and/or customer specific issues

• Effectively manage relationship with our sister company in China (EastPoint Asia) and ensure strong communication and execution

• Work effectively and efficiently with adjacent departments (e.g. Marketing, Sales, eComm Licensing and Operations) to ensure optimal execution of initiatives

• Define and communicate business metrics to senior stakeholders and executive leadership

Qualifications:

For the Senior Product Manager to be successful in his/her position, he/she must possess some, or all, of the qualities/skills listed below.

• Bachelors degree; MBA a plus

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant product development experience

• Strong team leader

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle deadlines

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Superb oral and written communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational/project management skills

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product implementation throughout its lifecycle

• Experience working with China a plus
