Position Responsibilities:

The Sales Project Manager will work closely with the Account Manager and manage retailer report, respond to inquiries pertaining to Supply Chain, manage samples, maintain sales & marketing data, and manage the team project management process.

 

  • Following up after meetings
    • Taking notes, recording notes, and distributing meeting notes along with timelines and task lists
    • Following up on requested samples to be delivered to the retailer
    • Creating the vendor input form and follow-up on costing
  • Maintaining the Team calendar
    • Adding meeting requests
    • Adding conference call requests
    • Adding Sales Team meetings or events
  • Responding to any inquiries or issues pertaining to Supply Chain
  • Managing the Retailer Reports
    • Set up Annualized Sales reports and Sell-Thru reports
    • Pull and file the reports when the Sales Admin cannot
    • Print when needed
    • Routinely distribute via email or other method requested by EAM or Manufacturer
  • Managing the Team Project Management process
    • Lead the process to ensure all deadlines are met
    • Bring deadlines or any issues meeting deadlines to the attention of EAM
    • Attend Leader Weekly Level 10 meetings when EAM is unable to attend
    • Creating a Dashboard for quick review buy EAM
    • Print Ship/Exit Date Reports for EAM to review
  • Managing Samples
    • Managing timeline for sample due date, requesting samples, printing labels for samples, delivering samples to the retailer
  •    Once commitments are received
    • Set up a meeting invite all to review
      •  Go to the stores and take pictures of the sets
      • Buy three samples of each item  for each vendor on the seasonal set
  • Maintaining Marketing data
  • Updating and maintaining manufacturer contacts on the Company Contact List
  • Updating the Level 10 scorecard and Quarterly Rocks weekly along with reporting weekly wins
  • Adding any business gains or losses to the Scorecard

Experience Required:
  •         Bachelor’s Degree
  •         Proficiency using Microsoft Office – with high proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint
  •         Ability to work independently while taking ownership of responsibilities and projects
  •         “Servant Attitude” – be willing and able to do what it takes to get the job done
