Position Responsibilities:

The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead position will be responsible for producing reports and analysis for use by staff of all levels in daily operations and decision making.  Position will also utilize quantitative skills and statistical software while building relationships with the Home Care team (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) to generate insight that aid in the development of actionable strategies to enhance business results.  The analyst will identify and recommend improvements to existing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance. The right candidate will possess the right balance of financial planning and analytical abilities in order to apply these traits to increase the performance of the business.

Experience Required:
  • BS required, preferably in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' of corporate Accounting/Finance experience required.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources required.
  • Experience with process improvement and prior ownership of key financial reporting responsibilities required.
  • Software‐intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge and experience with crystal reports, MS access, or SQL scripting highly preferred
