Position Responsibilities:

The Manager, Product Integration will play a critical role in helping to define and update a product strategy for newly created or implemented client facing and internal travel products. You will help describe products in detail, work with development and applicable departments on comprehensive specification and implementation, training department, work with the marketing team on launch and customer adoption and work with various teams on user interface, architecture, and integration with other products.

  • Scope new vendors, products, ideas that will be a value proposition to our clients
  • Initiate comprehensive assessments of industry trends and business requirements in order to help successfully develop product roadmaps and launch new products
  • Describe and outline clearly the product SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) in a way that helps marketing and sales reach new and existing customers
  • Describe product functionality in a way that enables front-line agents to troubleshoot customer issues quickly and accurately
  • Provide timely reporting of alpha/beta programs & product launches
  • Evaluate product feedback given by the customers
  • Ensure product schedules are followed during its development and coordinate with internal teams to develop and maintain a project plan that follow the product lifecycle planned.
  • Perform risk assessment and mitigations for product introductions to production
  • Drives overall new product support and transition from beta test to live product through training and marketing material production
  • Management and oversight of critical operational aspects to ensure that product transitions into live production seamlessly
  • Be the primary representative / product owner for New Product Introductions (NPI)

Experience Required:
  • Strong corporate travel operational experience and background
  • 5+ years of Project & Product Management experience
  • Experience with Sabre, Online Booking Tools (Concur Travel), Mid-Office Quality Control Systems, Scripting, Reporting / Data Systems Preferred.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of launching successful new products, managing product releases and executing winning launches 
  • Proven ability to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to define applications and tools and manage them through the entire product life cycle
  • Must be an excellent communicator with demonstrated experience communicating to senior management and major project stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as needed/required
Education Required:
BS/BA pref.
