Position Responsibilities:
- Creative & Product Development and bring to life innovative and useful new products, from concept to launch—adapting for U.S. market
- Managed the execution of new product launches (i.e. timing, budget, communication support, monitoring sell-through) and help to develop new and innovative launch strategies
- Develop concepts for educational & editorial photo/video shoots and stay connected to the industry with field visits, trade show attendance, etc. Market Analysis, Research & Portfolio Development
- Analyze sales data (excel) and creating recommendations on products, customers & market needs and understand / bring key insights from current and future market trends and dynamics
- Collaborate and lead cross functional teams (Key account managers, sales, R&D, supply chain, education teams) and manage the day-to-day project timelines & logistics; forecasting, budget management

Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s degree Preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in product development, brand or trade marketing preferred
- Professional beauty salon industry experience not required but highly attractive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to strategic issues
- Professional understanding of sub-disciplines such as e-comm, digital, events, and PR
