Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
Contribute to Joah’s key campaigns and initiatives by developing and leading the digital marketing strategy through strategic management, execution and measurement.
Responsibilities
Develops and executes strategic digital marketing programs for Joah’s business objectives by focusing on topline growth, increasing market share/rank, customer experience and customer retention
Actively create and manage all procedures, forms, analyses, and reports critical to the execution of digital marketing plans.
Act as project marketing manager, working with global, internal, cross-functional teams and external partners.
Leads and implements merchandising initiatives for DTC website, to enhance site experience and customer acquisition/retention.
All homepage content updates including copy and imagery
All PDP content updates including copy and imagery
Creation of new PDP pages as products are launched on site
Merchandising of PLP pages to feature products that are the marketing focus
Creation of landing pages needed for various marketing initiatives
Strategy and implementation of UGC paid efforts.
Support and guidance in creation of visual assets, when necessary.
Lead strategy and execution of paid media, podcast, broadcast and CTV advertising in partnership with agencies
Budget planning, tracking for all paid media related activities including processing of invoices and ensuring payment is received.
Propose retail-pricing recommendations for all e-commerce promotions.
Leads implementation of email marketing strategy, including strategic direction, aesthetic and copy updates, process and productivity analysis.
Develop effective A/B testing strategies for email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and maximize ROI.
Refine customer segmentation to tailor communication and promotional messages, resulting in increased post-purchase revenue through new product launches and cross-sells.
Spearhead the development of impactful email flows to increase acquisition conversions and customer lifetime value. Continuously evaluate and refine the customer journey and lifecycle to drive acquisitions.
Act as SME regarding email deliverability, inbox placement, IP/domain health and reputation, email/messaging best practices including CAN-SPAM and CASL.
Manages outside agencies supporting in areas including but not limited to paid media, email deliverability, data collection, etc.
Requirements:
5+ years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industry, with a focus on North America.
