Position Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Manager

The E-Commerce Manager will manage our strong portfolio of brands to develop strategies and implement initiatives to be the products of choice at the moment of truth on the online channel.  The person in this position will be involved in all aspects of supporting our online business, including operations, product roadmap, marketing, and content optimization.  The E-Com Manager will be responsible for prioritizing and tailoring initiatives based on the nature of the product category, competitive landscape, and the unique selling propositions of our products.  This role will be primarily focused on the North American market, however we have aggressive international growth initiatives in place that will also be supported by this position.

Responsibilities

Develop a strategy and lead its execution to improve consumer experience resulting in sales and profitability growth in the online channel.

 

Digital Marketing and Merchandising

Become Speedball’s specialist for the consumer digital purchase journey across all product categories; leverage data to define purchase journeys for key consumer segments, and identify optimization opportunities on the Speedball website to facilitate seamless experience from awareness to interest to purchase.

Develop and execute merchandising strategies across customer websites, online marketplaces and company-owned website based on assessment of “online market walks”, available performance data, and product line goals.

Lead the development and launch of motivating copy, photography, and embedded video content for key products and category pages, based on consumer insights & journey maps.

Optimize digital content, digital marketing activities (Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM/Email, SEO, Review Management), and promotional pricing strategies.

Partner with Brand Marketing to leverage owned marketing assets.

Partner with Product Marketing on product development targeted for consumers shopping online.

Identify new opportunities/platforms/marketplaces.

 

Amazon Account Management

Responsible for total P&L performance of Amazon for Speedball’s entire product portfolio.

Monitor, analyze, and report on Amazon FBA performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing.  Leverage data to draw conclusions and implement improvements.

Increase listing visibility and traffic through marketplace tools and promotions.

Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews.

Demonstrate expertise with digital marketing including Amazon SEO, AMS advertising, and other promotional vehicles.

Determine optimal mix of FBA and FBM offerings and lead internal cross-functional teams to improve efficiencies.
