Odacite, the skin care brand,  is a thought leader and innovator in the clean beauty segment.  With our innovative products, visionary founder and strong team, we are well poised to continue the amazing growth we have enjoyed these past several years.    We are looking for a seasoned veteran of Prestige Skin Care with a passion for Clean Beauty to lead our sales department as Director of Sales.


  • Develop long term retail strategy
  • Build growth strategy at existing points of distribution
  • Initiate relationship at new points of distribution and develop launch strategies
  • Partner with Marketing to develop effective demand generation strategies
  • Account Level P&L management, including forecasting and expense management
  • Lead, Mentor and Manage Sales Department Staff
Percent Travel:
30-50%. 2 International trips/year (1 week each)

Experience Required:


  • 7-10 years in Retail Sales within Beauty with specific experience in prestige beauty and skin care.  Global experience preferred.

o   Experience in and passion for “Clean” beauty is preferred.  

  • Must have direct experience managing retail relationships with large key accounts including Blue Mercury, Space NK and Nordstrom’s.
  • Must have Direct experience in launching/opening new distribution of new brands/products into large specialty beauty retailers Sephora and/or Ulta, Neiman Marcus, and the Spa Channel
  • Experience with small/mid-sized brands
  • Strong acumen managing Account Level P&L’s
  • Strategic thinker who can partner with Marketing to drive profitable growth strategies
  • Strong capability to forecast volume and provide the analytics required to manage account
  • Experience leading, mentoring and building sales team
  • Proven results growing sales and profits
