This leadership role will be the primary point of accountability and responsibility for our Touring division. The GM is the knowledge expert on the overall scope and day to day operations of the business. 

The day touring and scheduled transportation segment of our company will now stand as its own division and needs a new leader to take it to the next level. Head of the Division will be responsible for all aspects of the business. The business is due for an overhaul. Each component needs to be evaluated to identify the required changes to be effective and grow the business. This includes a technology & system review, process mapping, revitalizing the customer service commitments, increasing sales, creating and managing a new social media plan as well as developing new product and experiences.

You will collaborate with the Executive Team to align the business within the company and also to distinguish the business in the industry.    

• Ability to establish performance goals for the division in order to achieve results related to customer and client satisfaction, revenue, safety and employee engagement

• Ability to both create and execute plans with strict adherence to timelines and due dates.

• Create and manage new reporting structure for daily—annual reports including forecasting

• Maintain accurate and up to date information as a way of creating alignment and fiscal responsibility

• Responsible for P&L of the division

• Extensive knowledge and interest in software/API/reservation/ticketing requirements

• Demonstrated ability to oversee hiring and training and to manage a team of 8–14 staff

• Passion for providing exceptional experiences for travelers

• 3-5 years management experience in operations

• Experience in Tourism/Travel Industry or a leisure focused attraction or resort/hotel
