Position Responsibilities:

Market Research – Data Analytics

Objective:
Support revenue growth by developing and delivering analytics to customers that leverage the value of data.  Ensure the quality of products and services by representing the needs of our customers and educating users, both internally and externally, on the value and use of our CX tools.
Overview:
Partners with the engagement teams to ensure that clients understand and extract the highest possible value from products and supports and proposes and delivers analytic services to clients.  Contributes toward the development of new products and services, works to educate both internal and external users on appropriate use of our data and reporting tools, and provides subject matter expertise on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engagement teams, clients and internal teams to propose, develop, and deliver analytics projects that leverage client data already collected
  • Support Business Development team with sales growth and selling of professional services
  • Authoring client proposals and participating in presentations and/or support meetings with prospects and existing customers to close new business
  • Partner with engagement teams to assist clients in the interpretation of tools and methodology to drive usage/adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to define new products and services and build out the developmental roadmap
  • Partner with Development team as a resource to clarify and define requirements for future and in-progress work
  • Benchmark products and services against competitor offerings to maintain a current understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Share client industry and quality expertise with internal teams
  • Work with and under sales and help build a data analysis professional service program

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of customer service programs
  • Demonstrated analytic skills that support the strategic use and application of customer service data
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, including the ability to interact successfully at all levels both internally and externally
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of customized client analytics/deliverables

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding and ability to create and implement a full professional service program and pricing model 
  • Product knowledge: IQS, CSI/SSI, mTab
  • Sales or professional sales experience

Experience Required:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  •  10+ years of progressive experience in market research and the automotive industry
  • Experience working within a global organization
  • Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Expert in Microsoft Office tools
  • Some travel required
