Position Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing the company’s online marketing initiatives, including search engine, e-mail and social media marketing
- Defining and managing the company’s brand strategy and development; introduce new brands
- Creating compelling digital and offline sales and marketing collateral for trade and consumers
- Enhancing the UX/UI of the company's website, making it inspirational and transactional
- Collaborating with sales and product on trade and partnership marketing opportunities
- Conducting customer and market research and analysis
- Developing and implementing customer acquisition and retention programs
- Leading and managing internal and external direct and indirect reports and vendors
- Leading public relations efforts, generating positive coverage for the company

Experience Required:
- 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Passion for travel is a must; travel industry experience highly preferred
- Experience leading and managing direct and indirect reports and vendors
- Ability to work with colleagues across departments, including sales, marketing, IT, product and operations, and with colleagues across the globe
- Possess analytical skills and desire to be a thought leader
- Possess creativity and a get-stuff-done attitude; be a team player
- Be metrics and ROI driven
