Position Responsibilities:
- The creation and conversion to sale of high quality tailor-made itineraries for current and future clients to assigned region of expertise. The Country Specialist will ultimately be responsible for planning, selling and the implementation of itineraries.
- To make the most of every single sales inquiry received.
- To ensure the product sold guests - and the supporting information provided - is as perfect as it possibly can be.
- To achieve levels of client service at all stages of the process that will serve to stun clients and engender repeat business.
- Take responsibility for the actual travel of the client, ensuring all arrangements go to plan, the client returns delighted and an appropriate profit is derived from the booking.

Experience Required:
- Passion for the global travel experience
- Travel industry experience preferred
- Sales experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- High proficiency in English, written and oral
- Math and computer skills
