The Program Operations Manager will be responsible for the planning and operation of those travel programs to which the POM is assigned. Specifically the role will be overseeing all the logistical details associated with a group departure once contracts have been signed. Responsibilities include:

• Negotiating and fine tuning budgets
• Monitoring space to add/release as needed
• Reviewing contracts with hotels, ground operators, ships
• Update itineraries
• Participate in design of program brochures and other collateral
• Analyze and prepare budgets
• Maintain computer accuracy; input dates and routings for programs

• 5+ years of group operations experience 
• Tour operations or DMC experience
• International destination experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated attention to detail; must have ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Undergraduate degree preferred but not required
