Position Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the multi-channel long-term brand as well as the annual/budget year marketing strategies for the region
• Manage and coordinate all local trade and consumer marketing, advertising tactics including web and local coop activities
• Ensure global brand values are adhered to at all levels and that these are translated into results, locally
• Utilize and “translate” customer (trade/consumer) insights/ demographic data to ensure opportunities are maximized
• In coordination with the global marketing and CRM team, execute additional market specific trade and consumer insights initiatives/surveys 
• Develop and execute fine tuned regional strategies based on source market data
•Identify and develop additional marketing platforms and outlets
• Create business cases for opportunities that will accelerate growth objectives and brand awareness faster and further 
• Using the data tools available, implement tracking, measure and report ROI on each activity
• Manage the local marketing budget and deliver all activities within budget
• Maximize cooperation and share resources between relevant departments on a local as well as a global level (best practice).
• Coordinate and create internal as well as external sales support materials such as presentations/templates/printed collateral
• Collaborate with all sales and product functions and ensure overall strategies/tactical promotions are coordinated, well understood and implemented
• Monitor and relay industry trends and competitor activities

Experience Required:
• University Marketing degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant (industry) experience

 

Additional Knowledge:

• Master strategic brand and marketing planning based on consumer insight and actual sales performance
• Advanced knowledge of software applications including database and CRM (SF) systems
• Experience and expertise in digital channels e.g. SOME
• Experience in tight collaboration with Media and PR agencies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
