Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee and develop customer B2C customer acquisition programs:
- Work with digital agency and marketing team to lead and build an effective digital marketing plan in line with the business and brand strategy
- Manage & maintain strategies to drive qualified online traffic using paid search, SEO, PPC, retargeting, programmatic, mobile marketing, etc.
- Measure, report, and optimize performance of digital marketing campaigns using vendor dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
- Managing strategies and implementation of multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads for the B2C channel
- Define Customer Cohort Strategies and develop targeted campaigns for critical segments
- Tracking, reporting & analysis - deliver regular reports on online performance to the business as well as conversion rates
- Make improvements to site to improve booking conversion and lead capture
- Work with data analysis team to test paid acquisition channels
- Manage digital marketing acquisition budget
- Stay up to date with digital marketing (and social media) trends and potential new channels/platforms

Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree desired in related field and/or 5+ years of experience.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office applications and Google Analytics
- Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
- Experience across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Goal-orientated, self-motivated, excellent communication skills and focused
- Deep working knowledge of various paid digital marketing channels
- Analytical mindset with up-to-date understanding of travel industry trends/developments a plus
- Strong collaborative skills with ability to multitask while delivering against aggressive deadlines
