Responsible for developing and implementing the brands social media plans (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.) to increase awareness, trial and consumer engagement. Activate and monitor social media tactics, while being responsible for their effectiveness and management. Work closely with the brand leaders to assure that the strategy, brand tone and manner is implemented. Create engaging text, posts and video content to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around company’s products. Evaluate the social media plan and recommends adjustments to meet changing competitive conditions. Measure web traffic and monitor SEO. Research the audience preferences and discovers current trends. Increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries. Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics. Oversee social media accounts’ layout. Suggest new ways to attract prospective consumers, like promotions. Lead the development of graphic assets with internal graphic designer and / or third party graphic designer.
Recommend and agree with the brand team an effective social media strategy and monthly calendar, per the assigned budget and social media platforms.
Develop engaging and creative media content. Need to work with graphic designers based on agreed social media calendar and / or search for stock images that can be leveraged.
Activate agreed social media calendars by buying the media, timely monitoring consumer interaction and responding within 24 hours to consumer enquiries.
Deliver monthly social media reports with statistics and results for advertised brands
