Responsible for leading the Company online sales and presence. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, business programs to sell existing base of products and new products with e-tailers (i.e. Amazon), .com retailers (i.e. Walmart.com) and in the company store. Coordinates e-commerce sales objectives, strategies and tactics from development through execution. Coordinate third party agencies for activation and monitoring of e-commerce tactics, while being responsible for their effectiveness and management. Evaluates the marketing plan and recommends adjustments to meet changing competitive conditions. Lead development of graphic assets and with graphic designers and agencies and activate campaigns where needed.
Identify the right company sku’s, brands and strategy to commercialize in the e-commerce platform and / or lead reconfiguration of existing items (i.e. multi-packs) to enter in this channel and lead: (1) The item registration process with customers, (2) Commercialization strategy with the brand team, sales broker and key account managers (i.e. Amazon, .com retailers and company store). (3) E-Commerce P&L
Create, activate and monitor for all brands an online business marketing plan for e-tailers (i.e. Amazon), .com-retailers and the company store to achieve the company strategy, revenue and profitability goals.
Develop and manage advertising and promotional activities, content creation and management, selection and approval of agencies, AMS plan for Amazon. Work with internal designer, Sales Accounts, Customer Marketing and agencies to ensure development of relevant creative assets and action plan to activate MKT plans.
Work with company Sales Accounts, Customer Marketing, Social Media team, Agencies and Sales Broker to provide best practices for e-commerce and identify opportunity gaps.
Develop and identify new products from local market and global portfolio to use e-commerce as a testing platform to leverage potential success into traditional brick and mortar.
